This 12-week Anger Management Education Program is designed to help participants understand anger triggers, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthier responses to conflict. The program blends structured education with cognitive-behavioral strategies to support long-term behavior change. Sessions are commonly court-ordered and meet requirements for probation, legal, or personal growth purposes. Enrollment is ongoing, allowing participants to register at any time.

Participants will work on building self-control skills and practical tools to manage emotional reactions. The program focuses on recognizing personal anger triggers, strengthening communication skills, and learning constructive ways to express emotions. Participants will also develop self-regulation strategies, improve interpersonal relationships, and gain skills to repair relationships that may have been affected by anger.

Important Attendance Requirement

Attendance for all sessions is mandatory. Missed classes cannot be made up and may result in dismissal from the program.

Payment plans are available if approved. Participants may pay in full or in scheduled installments.
