Policy on Program Guidelines and Rules
To ensure a physically and intellectually safe learning environment where all students have the opportunity to explore and succeed, the following rules and guidelines WILL BE FOLLOWED by everyone at all times; failure to abide by them will result in being removed from the course and a Notice of Dismissal being sent to your Supervision Officer and Judge.
(a) Respect EVERYONE and their ideas.
(b) Be quiet when others are speaking and taking exams.
(c) EVERYONE will participate and share their ideas during discussions.
(d) Be on time to class (including returning from breaks).
(e) No drinking alcoholic beverages, smoking, vaping, and smokeless tabaco during class INCLUDING ZOOM COURSES.
(f) No profane language and racist, insulting, and belittling comments.
(g) Appropriate attire must be worn at all times. No sexually revealing shorts, skirts, torn pants, muscle shirts, tank tops. This includes (but not limited to) clothing with alcohol, drugs, profanity, racist, and discriminatory words, letters, images and slogans.
(h) Cameras must be ON AT ALL TIMES and in viewing range of the student during Zoom courses. Microphones will be on mute unless speaking.
(i) No driving and/or operating machinery will be allowed during class.
(j) Registered Sex Offenders must notify our office immediately upon enrollment to make the necessary/needed accommodations.

Policy on List of Costs for Extra Services
Prices for our courses are listed on our website dwiclassestx.com and subject to change to meet the increase of cost of living. Fees not listed on our website are based, but not limited to, the following elements:
(a) the time spent on your registration, e-mails, phone calls, texts, preparing correspondence
(b) the costs associated with mail (including expedited)
(c) the extent to which any work performed
(d) the cancellation of a course due to your absence/rescheduling
(e) printing, photocopying, scanning
(f) our absence from the office and travel time
The above elements are not all that influence our prices, but rather a general list.

- Rescheduling Fee: $$ Entire Price of Course
- Priority Mail Express: $50
- Scan & Email Certificate: $20
- Duplicate Certificate: $$ Half Price of Course
- Late Payment Fee: $20
- Missed Session Fee (DWI-Intervention): $35
- Out-of-State Paperwork Processing: $75
- Expedited Certificate Processing: $20
- Late Submission of Forms: $15
Failure to attend one day and/or being 15 minutes late to class will result in being dropped completely from the course.
No rescheduling will be allowed within 14 days of the first day of class without accruing a Reschedule Fee.
Students place on our Payment Plan option are not charged any additional fees so as long as their balance is paid in full NO LATER THAN THE LAST DAY OF CLASS; please contact us if you need additional time. If you fail to contact us to make payment arrangements, a Late Paymet Fee will be charged and/or dropped from the course.

Póliza de Reglas del Programa
Para garantizar un entorno de aprendizaje físico e intelectualmente seguro donde todos los estudiantes tengan la oportunidad de explorar y tener éxito, TODOS SEGUIRAN los siguientes reglamentos en todo momento; no cumplir con ellos resultara en ser dado de baja del curso y enviaremos una Notificación de Despedimiento a su Oficial de Probation y Juez.
(a) Respetar A TODOS y sus ideas.
(b) Guardar silencio cuando otros hablan y realizan exámenes.
(c) TODOS participarán y compartirán sus ideas durante las discusiones.
(d) Llegar a tiempo a clase (incluido regresar de los descansos).
(e) No consumir bebidas alcohólicas, fumar de ningún tipo incluyendo cigarros electrónicos, y tabaco sin humo durante la clase INCLUYENDO CURSOS POR ZOOM.
(f) No usar lenguaje profane ni comentarios racistas, insultantes y denigrantes.
(g) Se debe usar ropa adecuada en todo momento. No se permiten shorts, faldas, pantalones rotos, camisetas sin mangas, y ropa sexualmente reveladores. Esto incluye (pero no se limita a) ropa con alcohol, drogas, maldiciones, malas palabras, letras, imágenes y lemas racistas y discriminatorios.
(h) Las cámaras deben estar ENCENDIDAS EN TODO MOMENTO y dentro del alcance de visión del estudiante durante los cursos de Zoom. Los micrófonos estarán en silencio a menos que hable.
(i) No se permitirá conducir y/o operar maquinaria durante la clase.
(j) Abusadores Sexuales Registrados deben notificar a nuestra oficina inmediatamente después de inscribirse para realizar las adaptaciones necesarias.

Póliza sobre Lista de Costos por Servicios Extras
Los precios de nuestros cursos están listados en nuestro sitio web dwiclassestx.com y sujetos a cambios para cubrir el aumento del costo de vida. Las tarifas que no se encuentran en nuestro sitio web están basadas, pero no limitadas, en los siguientes elementos:
(a) el tiempo dedicado a su registración, emails, llamadas telefónicas, mensajes de texto, preparación de correspondencia
(b) los costos asociados con el correo (incluido el urgente)
(c) la medida en que cualquier trabajo realizado
(d) la cancelación de un curso debido a su ausencia/reprogramación
(e) impression, fotocopiado, escaneo

No asistir un día de clase y/o llegar 15 minutos tarde a clase resultara en ser despedido completamente del curso.
No se permitirá reprogramar de curso 14 días o menos del primer día de clase sin acumular una Tarifa de Reprogramación.
Estudiantes colocados en un Plan de Pago no se les cobrara ninguna tarifa adicional, siempre y cuando su saldo se pague en su totalidad NO MAS TARDE DEL ULTIMO DÍA DE CLASE; por favor de contactarnos si necesita tiempo adicional. Si falla en comunicarse con nosotros para hacer arreglos de pago, se le cobrara una Tarifa por Pago Atrasado y/o dado de baja del curso.
