Theft Offender Education Program

This educational program addresses the behaviors and consequences associated with theft-related offenses. Participants will learn about accountability, ethical decision-making, and strategies to prevent future offenses. The program is designed to meet court and probation requirements.

Participants will receive educational instruction addressing the behaviors and consequences associated with theft-related offenses. This program is commonly ordered by courts or probation departments and focuses on accountability, ethical decision-making, and preventing future offenses. By the end of the program, participants will achieve the following:

  • Understand the legal, financial, and personal consequences of theft.

  • Identify thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to theft-related conduct.

  • Learn strategies to prevent future offenses.

  • Develop accountability and responsible decision-making skills.

Mandatory Attendance Notice

Please be advised that attendance for all scheduled class sessions is mandatory.

Students are not permitted to miss any class day, and make-up sessions are not allowed.

Failure to attend any session may result in dismissal from the course, in accordance with program guidelines and court requirements.
